Scorpio Tankers Inc. Announces Repayment of Convertible Notes Due May 2022

Scorpio Tankers Inc. (NYSE:STNG) (“Scorpio Tankers,” or the “Company”) announced that today, the Company has repaid the aggregate outstanding principal balance of $69.7 million on its Convertible Notes due May 16, 2022 upon their maturity.
