On hand was Hu Jingen, who among his many titles is president assistant of China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC) and Chairman of Chengxi Shipyard Co., Ltd.

During the summer, Dalnave Navigation signed up for two of Chengxi’s popular 64,000 DWT ultramax bulkers for delivery in 2016 at an estimated cost of around $25m each.
