Announcement 19/06/2007

In accordance with the Presidential Decree 51/1992 and clause 282 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, we would like to inform the investment community with the following:

On June 19th 2007, the company Attica Holdings informed our Board of Directors that sold 15,781,380 common registered voting shares of the company’s share capital. After the abovementioned transaction its stake decreased from 22.25% to 0.0%.

On June 20th 2007, Mr. Panos Laskarides informed our Board of Directors that its participation in Minoan Lines’ share capital changed from 4.38% to 0.65% and holds 461,000 common registered voting shares.

On June 20th 2007, the company Access Maritime S.A. informed our Board of Directors that increased its participation in Minoan Lines’ share capital from 3.73% to 25.98% and holds 18,427,392 common registered voting shares.
